After searching the Internet for a cashbook program for use by tradesmen or small business we found that of the software available most were costly or charged a monthly or yearly fee.
Plus many were not written for Australian GST requirements, So we decided to write a a Cashbook program that was easy to use and had a low once off perpetual license cost of $100.
Designed to be simple to use and allow tradesman or small business to record Purchases and Payments and to allocate these transactions to an account of their choosing.
Easy printing of Cashbook transactions selected by month, year, or a range of dates to be presented to an accountant or bookkeeper. The cashbook also has GST summary that can be used to help complete the Australian Tax Office (ATO) GST report.

Perpetual license
A perpetual software license is a type of software license that authorizes an individual to use a program indefinitely. Generally, outside of termination, a perpetual software license allows the holder to use a specific version of a given software program continually with payment of a single fee.
